Recently I requested to be downgraded to EE3 from EE4 because EE4 does not have any documentation and I am a newbie. After my request was granted, my profile still shows that my license level is EE4 Personal and I have a full year of support. The problem now is that I can only use EE3 lite and my original EE4 site license key is inactive. I received an email stating that my license key has been reset but it is the same exact key and there is no place to enter the key. There is no link under my profile to down load EE3. I desperately need to download the latest EE3 version. Please advise what my next steps are.
I would also like to be downgraded from EE4 to EE3 but was denied. Why was I denied and this person wasn’t?
