We recently updated to EE4 version 4.9.0p and have encountered what seems to be a glitch. In two unrelated instances over the course of a week, we had registrations that were completed successfully show a blank transaction page.
From the “View All Registrations” page the shopping cart icon is clicked, but a blank screen is presented. The url for the transaction page is what you’d expect: “…/admin.php?page=espresso_transactions&action=view_transaction&TXN_ID…”. Similarly, when viewing the individual’s record, the icon to “View Transaction” under “Registration Details” produces the same results.
Many other individuals have successfully registered with viewable transactions, we can’t identify the cause for these two exceptions.
If you enable WP_DEBUG and view that blank age does it show any errors?
