suddenly the EE registration notifications are not being sent out anymore. Updating to latest WP and EE3 version will require a lot of work on our end, without being sure this would fix the notification issue. If we do all the updates, is there a known EE3 issue with latest WP (4.2.2) in regards to notifications not being triggered or incomplete ^
Finally, where do we edit the notification message template that gets sent to the site owner ?

Hi Florian, we do recommend staying up to date with your software. It also sounds like there may have been a recent change on the local email server since it was working previously and has now stopped. Please see this link for some solutions:
