EE connection with Authorize.net and inaccurate info

1.In an EE event, a registrant has a red circle under payments. I went to Authorize.net and it says the payment was made. However, this was not updated in EE. Why is this occurring? How do we stop this from occurring? How do we resolve this?

2. I have a second registrants with a red circle under payment. In Authorize.net, there is no record of decline or acceptance of payment. Why is the red circle occurring, and listing authorize.net?

Can you look in uploads/espresso/logs/espresso_log.txt and search for those attendees?

I cannot find where the uploads/ location is? In wordpress?

yes, in wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs. wp-content should be in your web root folder.
