Hello,

It appears my Calendar Add-On is no longer able to update. I’m receiving the following error code:

An automatic update for Event Espresso – Calendar is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

I know my Key is correct. Do I need to delete and re-install this plugin, or is the Calendar add-on not yet compatible with the latest version of EE?

Hi,

Which version of the Calendar do you currently have installed?

The EE4 Personal License does not include the Calendar which must be purchased separately, you can more information here:

If you have purchased the Calendar already and it has not been applied to your account you can use this form:

https://eventespresso.com/contact/
