Hi there

I’m having trouble displaying the shortcodes of EE in my WordPress theme, Fudge. The shortcode does not translate into content, however, it just stays a short code on my page. I need it to work urgently, and saw through the forums, that Josh has solved this issue before. Please help.

EE3 or EE4? Which shortcode are you trying to use? Can you provide a link to the page?

It’s EE4, the page isn’t live yet, but here’s a screen shot

Looking forward to your reply

Hi,

It’s a little hard to debug that sort of thing from a screenshot.

Can you tell me:

Are other shortcodes working (both EE and other theme/plugin shortcodes)?

Is this on a post, page or custom post type?

If custom post type, what is the name of the post type.

What version of EE4 are you running?
