Hi there, Registrant info will only come from the ‘Personal information’ question group (it may have been renamed on your site) and now from custom questions. Can you take a screenshot of the selected question groups for the Primary registrant and post that, please? Based on your question group name |

Which of those is/used to be the ‘Personal Information’ group? This: Is a custom question group, so it’s not the system group I’m looking for. If you go to Event Espresso -> Registration form. Thank you, however, it looks like WPEngines caching is enabled there. When I select tickets and click through I get ‘Nothing in your event queue’ because WP ENgines server-side caching is enabled on the page. I assume that’s been disabled on the live site? I did drag the Payor to the top and renamed the group name in order to describe sections in the form. This one I did differently because the payor isn’t always going to attend so we were trying to specify who will attend. |

Ok, that ‘Attendee 1 Contact Information’ is the Personal Information group. That group contains at least 2 System questions (First Name and Email, likely also Last Name). Those 3 questions (which can only be assigned within that group) are the question required to be asked in order for EE to generate a registrant. So that group needs to be asked on both the Primary Registrant questions and the Additional Registrant questions. It looks like you have used that group an renamed it specifically to be something used for only the Primary Registrant, which is fine, but does mean that all of your registrations in the group will be linked to primary registrant. |

Ah. I just need to ask the group to Additional Registrants. I may go back and change it back to Contact Information. I had also added Phone Number making 4 required questions to that group. This makes sense now that I have read it in a different frame of mind. Thank you for your assistance. I also added the cache pages as you suggested, the production site did have those pages already. |

Easy when you know how 😉 I just had to make sure I followed how your questions had been setup first. Advising you to fix X and then finding out your setup was Y and now its all over the place just makes it a nightmare, so I wanted to be sure before giving any details. |
