I wanted to add a sentence to this template telling the registrant that an additional “registration approved” email is coming with important information in it. When I save, it prompts me to fill in the attendee_list field (even though, this is an email to the primary registrant). It keeps prompting me, so I did it. Then it prompts me to add the datetime_list field, so I did. Then it asks me to add fields to the Question_List area. I did that as well, and THEN it saved my changes. None of these showed up in the email, which is good, but I shouldn’t have had to add fields to them if they’re not necessary, should I?

Hi there,

I can reproduce this and have created a ticket for our developers to investigate further.

The fields are marked as required which means they need a value to allow them to save, whilst not ideal you can force the template to save by just adding a blank space into the field for the time being (whilst we investigate and fix).
