Hello Event espresso team,
We just changed from e3 to ee3 and I am using Version 4.9.44.p.
The new pdf invoice generated includes many elements that I would like to change:
1- Is it possible to remove the registration code and transaction ID?
2- Under my company name and address, it shows the VAT Tax number, can I remove it?
3- Under “Bill to”, the name appears well but I tried to add on my form the “invoice information” for the customer so he could add his company name and address and country but it doesn’t show here.
4- Uder “Purchases” I would like to delete the sales tax part
5- I would like to remove the PAyments part, as most of the participants pay by cheque or wire trasnfer, it just looks confusing for them
Note: I am not an expert but would look around in the pho files, if it is needed please let me know where I should go exactly.

Hi Marielle,
You can edit the PDF invoice from the WP dashboard by going to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates then click on the edit link listed under Invoice. There you’ll be able to edit the invoice content using a built-in editor.

Amazing, thank you!
One thing though, I noticed I can add many short codes like primary-registrant_adress, but I would also like to add the primary registrant company name so that it can appear on the invoice. I couldn’t find an equivalent in the shortcodes, any tips on how I could do this?

You can use a shortcode that outputs the answer to a reg. form question:
e.g.
[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Company Name]
