Additional Question Groups have been created. Each has at least one question assigned to it. Everything has been saved. When previewing the event and doing a test run, the additional Question groups do not show up underneath the personal data. What am I missing? |

Logged completely out and logged back in and they came up. |

Now they are gone again. This is preventing me from publishing. Please explain what is happening. |

Guys what have I done? In trying to clean up the whole look and allocatiing dates and times to each ticket now I get this: Nothing in your Event Queue You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process. |
Hi Sallianne, Are you running any caching plugins on the site? Can you link us to one of your events so we can investigate please? |

Tony I have sent you my log in details and information. I don’t think it is a go daddy issue. I had the questions showing up and then they disappeared. I am thinking it is to do with all the different dates/times that you have to enter in (slightly too many in my humble opinion). |

Hi Sallianne, Unfortunately this is very likely an issue with your hosting. Are you using GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress Hosting? The issue I can see on your site is what commonly happens when a site is running a caching plugin and the Event Espresso core pages have been cached. Basically this just means the page was created from the database and stored on the server to be displayed to your future visitors. The problem is that the Event Espresso pages can not be cached because the information is dynamically pulled from the database for each event and each registration, so building a page using one users set of information and displaying it to the next user (which as mentioned is what caching does) can not work with Event Espresso. GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress Hosting runs ‘server side’ caching on all of your sites pages and they will not allow you to disable this at all. We have had previous users contact GoDaddy support and ask them to exclude EE pages from caching (we can provide further details on these pages if you wish to try this), however in all instances GoDaddy refused to exclude pages from caching. Therefore in order to use Event Espresso you will need to move away from GoDaddys WordPress Hosting (or any hosting package that include server side caching with no option to disable it) meaning transferring your site to another hosting company. |

This is extremely disappointing to read. I have spent over 3 weeks trying to figure all of this out. I am unable to move away – I literally just set up a brand new website with Go Daddy. I am going to consult with HumanITY who did the initial install. I have showed him your email. I suspect we will respectfully ask for a refund on purchase and I know given the amount of grief you have all seen me go through that you shouldn’t have a problem with that. I am speaking to him tomorrow 3pm CST and I will advise after that. |
We understand, Sallianne. That’s why on our Requirements page (https://eventespresso.com/requirements/) we discourage using GoDaddy. You may continue to have frustrations with GoDaddy.

Thanks Garth. Clearly I did not see this and believe me, I have read just about every page on your site. So how do we manage an extraction? I deactivate the plug ins? Can you please provide me with a refund via paypal? Is there a more formal link to request this than doing so here? With thanks |

Garth I have found and completed the required details on the refund document. I think you all know that I am a pretty real person, honest and not about to take the “intangible” product and use it without your knowledge/support. Would be grateful if you could fast track this back to my credit card (details on the form) |
