E-mail with tickets not always sent

Hi,

The e-mail with the tickets/confirmation is not always sent to the customer. We checked our e-mail log. How can we solve this? And can we see if an e-mail is sent in the Event Espresso Log?

we are using version 3.1.35.2.P

Hi there,

How are you checking your email log? Using a plugin or checking within the mailsever logs?

If you take a look at the registration for a user that did not receive their email what registration status does it have?

Have you modified EE at all?

What version of WordPress are you using?

Hi,

We asked our hosting partner to check in the mailserver logs.

Status may vary

We are using WordPress 3.7.1

We are using a custom pay gateway.

Hi Biebob,

Have you ran some tests from your end? I’m wondering if those emails are going out but are being marked as spam/junk mail.

A transactional email service such as Postmark app or Mandrill can help with sporadic email issues:
