I’m on EE4.8.13.p.
We use the Payment Received Email to send registrant an email ticket, and the Event Admin a brief confirmation as backup.
This used to work fine, but now we are getting duplicate email being sent about 45 minutes after the first one.
I have checked the status of the event registrations before and after the duplicate goes out and can not see any obvious differences – both Registrations and Transactions are in a completed state.
I am concerned to identify the problem as sending out duplicate tickets may become an issue when they are used and it doesn’t look too professional either.
The fix for the multiple registration notification email is included in Event Espresso 4.8.15.p, which was released earlier today.
