Hi Laura,
The reCaptcha doesn’t always ask you to confirm using pictures, its a Google service that tries to be the lease obtrusive to humans and if its now sure, request validation, see: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/ Not seeing the validation images is a good thing rather than something to worry about.
So they are selecting 6 volunteer tickets but your event is set to only require the Primary registrants information, with that setup EE uses the primary registrants details for all of the registrations. If you ant the registrations to all be separate you need to enabled the ‘Personal Information’ question group for additional registrants on the events, it’s the top checkbox on the bottom set of questions here: http://take.ms/1CBvc

In this case and in almost all cases, the sponsor will be ordering the tickets for all attendees. They will be separate attendees. What can we do? Josh told me to alter the questions to make the mandatory questions relate to the sponsor (the primary) and send the primary emails to the sponsor email and that this would work. |

Actually, when I think about it, when I stated in our last thread about the venue issue and the email messages issue, that I had added the sponsor questions, this is the set of questions that are the ‘personal information’ questions, but they have been altered to be the Sponsor Questions because of the sponsors being the ones to order all the tickets and needing to receive the emails. Very confusing! Sorry! |
