Hi Jake, Are you currently using the EE4 User integration add-on, if so are you using the latest version (currently 2.0.7.p)? Which payment method are you using? Just PayPal or others? |

Yes I am using 2.0.7.p . and I have the latest version of EE. Paypal standard but it also does it when I use bank draft. |

Hi Jake, So these emails are being sent for both users that select PayPal and Bank? That transaction used the bank payment method, which should finalize the registration fully (as shown by all of the green steps within the registration steps). We did find an issue that effects some users of the EE4 Users add-on when using an offsite payment method such as PayPal Standard (which we will be pushing an update to fix), but not if the payment method selected was bank. When registering are you selecting Bank and clicking to finalize, then receiving a duplicate email roughly an hour later? Or are you selecting PayPal then cancelling, returning and selecting Bank?

In this instance I’m not sure if I had tried paypal first. I know every paypal transaction caused duplicate emails, I’m pretty sure I had done some bank transactions that caused duplicates too. Getting paypal working without duplicates would be a great start. |

I did another test, looks like it is a paypal issue. I look forward to the update. |
