We are still receiving duplications of notification emails from Event Espresso. I have had [mail host] have a look but they can’t find any reason why the network should be doing it. They suggested that there must be a duplicate code somewhere in the software. Registrants are also getting two WorldPay confirmations, two blank confirmations and two registration confirmations. The blank ones are particularly troubling.
They are setting custom email confirmations on the event page(s), and custom payment confirmation under general settings > email settings.
It wasn’t a known issue with .22, it sounds like there might be a plugin that is silently reloading the page during the registration confirmation process. Some social media plugins have been known to do this.

Thanks a lot for your help and I will check for conflicting plugins (although nothing obvious AFAIK)
