Drop Down Selector Not Showing All Options

I have created a drop down in one of my questions. I’ve added the following in the answer options field: “Yes|90.00,No|0.00”.
The yes is showing but the no is not. Can you please help me to get the no showing.

Hello Kerry,

It isn’t appearing because it is zero. It doesn’t modify the price therefore doesn’t appear.
