I checked your site that’s connected to the support license and I can see that it’s being served from a static cache via WPEngine. Can you contact WPEngine and ask them to set up cache exclusions for the /registration/, /registration/info, /registration/payment pages? They’ll also need to add cache exclusions to the thank-you page, more info here:
In addition to the above, I can advise to remove the Really Simple SSL plugin & the WP Rocket plugins. WPEngine’s infrastructure has built-in https settings and caching built in and any plugins that do the same will cause conflicts.
