Hi, I checked your site that’s connected to the support license and I can see that it’s being served from a static cache via WPEngine. Can you contact WPEngine and ask them to set up cache exclusions for the /registration/, /registration/info, /registration/payment pages? They’ll also need to add cache exclusions to the thank-you page, more info here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-wpengine-hosting-event-espresso/
