Downloading either “Event Registrations CSV Report” or “Filtered CSV Report” generates multiple (duplicate?) files to download instead of the normal one CSV file. It gets to the point where I have to close the browser tab (if possible) to stop them from prompting me to download.
There should be only one file generated. There may be an issue on your site that’s affecting the redirect that happens after the .csv file is ready to download?
May I ask did this just start happening on your site, did it work before and download only once?
It worked correctly last week and would generate just one file to download. I thought it was strange today when a pop up asked me if I wanted to allow Espresso to download multiple files. I have tried on a different computer and get the same result of multiple files being generated.
Since last week has anything changed on your site, including (but not limited to):
New plugins added
an update to the theme
updates to other plugins on the site
edits to the site’s .htaccess file
changes to settings within other plugins installed on the site
changes to the server (you could check with your host about this)
