I have two website; 1 using EE3 and the other using EE4. I can download event and registrant data with no problem using EE3; however, EE4 does not download at all.
All I get is a new page with all the data seemingly in a CVS format but no way to download the data and save it to either a Google sheet or Excel.
Some guidance would be appreciated

Hi there,
This is usually due to an incorrect MIME type set up on the server, in short the server is sending the CSV HTML/TEXT so the browser simply displays it.
If you open a ticket with your host and ask them to add this mime type to the server:
application/ms-excel .csv
Or this may also work:
text/csv csv;
Does the file then download?
