Download csv file of registrations – no error messages but can't see file

Hi there … I’m a newbie to WP and EE so apologies if my terminology is incorrect. I’m using EE 4.9.22.p. Last week I successfully downloaded a csv file of registrations. I’ve tried doing the same today from the ‘all registrations csv report’ link on the registrations page but I can’t see the report. A screen pops up saying the file was generated successfully but I can’t see it and it hasn’t downloaded to my computer. Any help gratefully received. Thank you.
