Doubled Event Questions

I have just decided to upgrade from event espresso lite to paid version. I currently have double event questions. Asks for first name twice then last name twice…. The group is locked and can’t fix this. I found a past post that explains that I need to delete the database in myPHP. Problem is i have no idea what is being asked to do.

never mind. found the my php area and figured out what to delete
