Don't sent invoices for members / Send confirmation email without pre-approval

Hi,

I’d like to load events for members only. The events are free and some of them are pre-approved and others are not pre-approved.

If you load the event, the member and non-member zero balances are displayed, even if you select member only event.

If you try removing the standard pricing option by clicking the red button with minus sign, the member and non-member zero prices still show on the website.

And when making a booking, you will receive an email with an invoice for zero. This happens if you have Attendee pre-approval checked as “yes”.

If you select “No”, then you don’t get an invoice, but you also don’t get a confirmation email. Although the message when making the bookings say you will receive a confirmation email.

To summarise, my questions are:

1. How can I send only a confirmation email (it mustn’t send and invoice) if it is an event with a zero balance?
2. Or if pre-approval is checked to NO, still send email in confirmation of registration?

I have the following products installed:

Event Espresso Version 3.1.12.P
Event Espresso – Calendar Version 1.11
Event Espresso – Members Addon Version 1.9
Event Espresso – Social Media Version 1.1
