Hello

I’m still having this issue :
https://eventespresso.com/topic/pdf-encoding-issue/

I updated to the latest EE, but still the same issue with encoding, and furthermore the layout looks like this now :

I talked with the hoster, they say it is on the app side.
I have no clue on how to solve it, I will need your help on this,

Hi,

I looked at the prior support post and you mentioned that it works locally but not on the remote host site.

Are both sites running the latest software — is this still accurate from June (https://eventespresso.com/topic/pdf-encoding-issue/#post-104303)?

yes they are running the same version latest 4.3.1
