Does every ticket have to be connected to a transaction?

Wondering if there’s a workaround to making people re-register entirely when they want to just drop a single ticket.

Hi there,

Currently the only option to change tickets within a transaction is for the admin to re-register the users or the users re-register themselves and the original registration cancelled.

We have a feature request ticket to adjust the transaction based on cancelling single registrations, I’ll add this thread to the vote.
