Does Event Espresso issue refunds via the gateway when you delete an event

Hi all,
We need to handle refunds when a user cancels an event. Is their a way for us to issue a refund without logging into the gateway backend ? For example if we use authorize.net, does event espresso issue a refund on a purchase made through EE using Authorize.net?

Hi John,

Event Espresso does not have a feature that automatically issues refunds when there’s a cancellation. This needs to be done in the payment processor account’s backend.
