However, with the Multiple Ticketing Options features you can create tiered discounting based on the quantity of tickets they purchase. E.g. 1-5 tickets is $xxx each, 6-10 tickets are $xx each, etc. Basically you set a min and max ticket quantity per ticket type and give it a per-ticket price within that quantity tier/range.
Unfortunately, that does not help me. I need to be able to offer someone a discount on one ticket if need be. Is there a work around?
I upgraded to version 4 because in version 3 the only way to display tickets was on a drop down and the words got cut off….it seems the layout in version 4 looks more like eventbrite….am I correct with this?
That said, I created another post, as I can’t get any of may pages to show live on my site because I get a page not found error.
Tiered ticket pricing is the closest option to offering discounts at this time. Event Espresso 3 does use a drop down to show ticket options whereas version 4 shows all ticket options at once.
Update: The Promotions add-on for Event Espresso 4 is now available.
