Disable Price & Invoice

Hi there,

I am organising a free event and I would like to disable everything related to proces or invocies as I believe this will only confuse registrants. Is there a simple way to do so?

The invoice payment gateway should be disabled by default. If you want to remove the invoice links in emails, look in the email templates for the invoice_link shortcode and remove it.
