Disable autorenew license

Hi Support,
I need confirm with client before renew EE license, how to disable to autorenew, i unable remove the credit card number

Hi Chuah,

The Cancel button on your account page will disable auto-renew:

Hi Support,
If after click the cancel button, still able to active the license back?

Hi Chuah,

You’ll need to manually renew when it’s time to renew if you click the cancel button. The license will stay active as long as it’s kept current/renewed.
