We have been testing our payment gateway and I processed a ticket purchase using Authorize.NET with the test mode enabled.

WordPress Version 4.1
EventEspresso Version 4.4.8.p
EventEspresso Infusionsoft Version 2.1.0.p

Event Registration Page: http://measurablegenius.com/events/master-planning/

Now, when I attempt to delete the payment I receive the following error message:

An error has occurred:
This Payment is currently linked to one or more Extra Meta records. If this Payment is incorrect, then please remove it from all Extra Metas before attempting to delete it.

Hi Alexander,

When you try to remove the payment by clicking on the Trash icon, do you see a pop up window like this?

Hey Lorenzo,

When I go to download the image you’ve posted I get a CloudApp error.

Hey Lorenzo,

Yes, I receive that confirmation window. The error occurs after pressing “Delete”.

Hi Alexander, we have a fix that is in a future release of Event Espresso 4.5 and up. I’ve asked the development team for a workaround for the current release.

I’ll share that information with you via email once I’ve confirmed a solution for the current release of Event Espresso 4.

Thanks

Lorenzo
