Hi,
I deleted a registration by accident and I received payment for it but the registration information is deleted. I put it in the trash and empty the trash.
Is there anyway you can help recover it?

Hi Anthony,
If you have trashed and then permanently deleted the registration then it has been deleted from the database. The only way to retrieve that information is if you have a database backup of the site from when the registration had not been deleted although even then it won’t be straight forward to extract and insert into your current database.
I would recommend contacting the attendee and have them re-register onto the event and then you can manually apply the payment to their new registration from within the admin.
