I get the wrong dates and therefore new bookings are not shown if not changing date to filter from. Please see (same booking):
https://prnt.sc/idhd6s Transactions page shows 19th February
https://prnt.sc/idhek0 Invoice shows 15th February
https://prnt.sc/idhedr Registrations page shows 13th February
https://prnt.sc/idhdmw Registration page shows 13th February

Thanks,
Jakob

Hi Jakob,

Your site is currently using an invalid timezone string (‘UTC+2:00’ to be exact).

EE would have displayed a notice that linked to a blog post explaining the problem:

https://eventespresso.com/2017/08/important-upcoming-changes-dates-times/

Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Timezone.

Set that to a city closest to your location (or if you work remotely a city closest to the location of the events).

Once you’ve changed the timezone confirm if the dates/times display correctly on all locations.

Now I have changed but it still shows wrong date in lists. For example I had a registration yesterday (20th February) that shows invoice date 2nd March. https://prnt.sc/ihq54i

I havn’t monitored new registrations after change. Will do that and report again.

May I ask, what you changed?

Your site is still currently using an offset value in the timezone setting

Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Timezone

That’s currently set to ‘UTC+1:00’

Change it to a location close to you rather than an offset.

I changed to “UTC+1:00”, didn’t the locations. Now it’s changed to “Stockholm”. However the problem is the same in the transactions list.

The problem will remain for existing transactions but new transactions going forward should have the correct times now that the Timezone setting is not using a UTC offset.
