I currently have a demo of Event Espresso that I am trying to see will fit our company’s needs. Is there a way to add custom fields such as requiring golfer names for a golf tournament but only when it is for a twosome or foursome and not individual? I looked at the Advanced Custom Fields plug in but it looks as though I can’t install on the demo to see how it would work. Is there another way to do something like this in the back end of Event Espresso? We also need options for other events such as meal options.
By default Event Espresso will collect the name and email for the primary registrant (first person registering). If you set it to collect the personal information question group from additional attendees, then that information would be collected for each additional attendee that registers.
