I would like each event email to include the name of the event in the subject so the recipient can differentiate when they sign up for multiple events at different times while they’re a customer. When I try to add “[EVENT_NAME]” to the subject, it says i’ts not allowed. Is there another code I can add to the subject to let them know what even they’re signing up for in the subject line?
No I’m afraid there actually isn’t a shortcode for this because the message templates are designed to send an email confirmation for potentially more than one registration form potentially more than one event.
The one way the subject line could include the event name would be to go into the event editor’s Notifications box, create a new custom template, and set the name of the event in the subject line into a Custom Email template for that event.
