My event cart go back button links to /ee-event, and I need to change the url to /events page. How can I do this?

You can use the FHEE__EED_Multi_Event_Registration__set_definitions__events_list_url filter, and there is some example code in the documentation:

Sorry, but this seems to change the text in the button. What I need is to change URL associated to the string %1$sReturn to Events list%2$, such as in:
You need to %1$sReturn to Events list%2$sselect at least one event%3$s before you can proceed with the registration process.

The URL is filtered with
FHEE__EED_Multi_Event_Registration__set_definitions__events_list_url
