Trying to better understand why a customer is not able to register for an event. When I went to our listing, I noticed it was the only event that had “view event cart” whereas everything else notes “add to event cart”. Although it was different, I was able to get to registration page, but our customer had this experience “The website says it’s not full but when I get to the registration page, it says sold out.” Here’s our registration page https://movie-makers.net/event-list/
When I went to our listing, I noticed it was the only event that had “view event cart” whereas everything else notes “add to event cart”.
This means you had a ticket for that event in your cart, when you loaded the page EE recognized that you had a ticket for the event in your cart and displayed the view cart button.
Although it was different, I was able to get to registration page, but our customer had this experience “The website says it’s not full but when I get to the registration page, it says sold out.”
