Hi,

I noticed today that our lists of events are suddenly not showing the lists, but were perfectly fine only a few days ago.

We use EE3 and have been using this shortcake successfully for at least a year now.

Now the shortcodes are showing instead of the lists.
Example:
[EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW category_identifier=”puppy-nc” expired=”false”]

This would display all our events in the puppy-nc category (all starting classes nc for new class)

The only things we have updated was EE to current version. (Manually, because our license key is still an issue).

Everything is up to date otherwise.

Can someone please help. I believe that we provided EE staff with login etc to access our site, but if you go to: https:www/allaboutdogs.ca you can view the the problem on the homepage where the tabs are under the “What’s Coming Up” heading.

Urgent, as this is live and people use these lists to register.

Thanks.

Hi there,

The [EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW] short code actually requires the “Custom Template Add-on v1.1.p” plugin. Since that’s not included in your plugin list, you can go to your account page and download that plugin, then install it on your site.

Weird, cause we had it installed, and it seems to have disappeared, or got deactivated.

Thanks, working now.
