Hi, Team!

We’re only using direct bank transfer (Invoice Payment) as our payment gateway. Considering that we don’t provide online payment services, in order to avoid our customers being confused, we need to replace the “Please choose a payment option” with a button to the thank you page. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank You.

Hi Meng,

Changing that would require some template file edits. One way to do it without editing the templates would be to use the language files to change the “Please choose a payment option” wording to something more appropriate and some CSS to show the invoice details without your users needing to click the button:

#invoice-payment-option-form-dv {display:block !important; }

It is important that the users click the “Complete your registration” link, in order to finalise the registration.

Hi Dean!

Thank you for your help. I’ve tested it but when I close the browser tab after I have finalised my registration by clicking the button “Complete Your Registration”, a warning pops out “This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave – data you have entered may not be saved”. This is quite confusing. I thought I have completed my registration.

Hi Meng,

If you have completed/finalised the registration, that message should not pop up. I tested this and it works as expected.

Can you provide a link to an event on your site I can test?

Hi Meng,

OK, so this should not be happening. I have narrowed it down to the Jetpack plugin, but currently I am not sure which part of it, though I suspect the stats. It seems to be interfering with the javascript on your site, though I havent been able to recreate this locally.

Can you try disabling Jetpack and test to see if the message is still there after registering?

Hi Dean,

I haven’t tried it yet. Our event has just passed last weekend. Thank you for your respond, though.
