Point 1 : Search Functionality

I want to implement search functionality for Event Espresso and i have those fields:
State – Dropdown (How to list all state? May be Venue’s City)
Category – Dropdown (How to list all the category of Events as dropdown?)
Start Date – Datepicker
End Date – Datepicker
Keyword – input

On click, those values will be submitted , i will get filtered events that are related with those values. Any example related to this will be a favor.

Point 2: Custom loop of Events

I have created a template for Events Listing and used the custom query as mention here https://gist.github.com/joshfeck/e3c9540cd4ccc734e755 and it work like charm, but how to display required data while looping like venue id, venue city, venue address.

So how to implement this?
