Dear Support,
i’m new in here, how to change my custom message as default message. because i’ve tried create custom message, but the message sent was always the default not my custom message.

please help me

Hi there,

Do you want to change the default message sent for all of your messages or do you want to create a custom message for a single specific event and continue to use the default for others?

With EE you can alter the ‘global’ message template, which is the template used for all events by default, or you can create ‘custom’ message templates that you can select for specific events. So it depends on what you want to do 🙂

If you can provide further details we can let you know the best steps to take.

Hi there,
I want to create a custom message for a single specific event and continue to use the default for others.

i’ve create my own custom message, but how can i use it?
in EE3, i can use it from dropdown menu witch template i want use to send, but in EE4 i can’t find that dropdown menu template.

Hello,

If that message has already been created then you can assign in through the event editor.
