I have been using the MER add-on and recently realized that my custom email templates are ignored when a customer signs up for multiple events. It looks like they get a generic global email. I generally need my attendees to receive specific information prior to attending the events. How can I set it up so that attendees will receive the correct email template for each course they are registering for?
Currently, it’s not possible to use Custom Templates with MER active and a user registering across multiple events.
If it is required that you use custom templates for specific event date you’ll need to de-activate the Multi-Event Registration add-on to do so and have users register onto each event.
