custom email tags

Hi,

I’m not sure if this is possible but i’d like to know the following.

In the excel spreadsheet I can download for our attendees there is a field called ID in the column before Reg ID. Is it possible to use this field as a custom email tag? This would be extremely useful for the event we are organising as we issue everyone with a sequential number from 1-300

Hi Mike,

The ID refers to the database ID for the attendee. This is auto generated (it increments by one with every registration), it doesn’t reset and is for reference only, it should not be amended without knowing what you are doing.

There is a code function one of the Devs made that will replace the original Registration ID for new attendees, this could potentially be modified to suit.
