Hi,
I have set up a custom confirmation email, clicked “yes” in the event overview and selected the one I want to send but it doesn’t work – I still get the default one in my mailbox…any idea why?

Hi, did you save changes to the event after changing that option via the editor editor?
Also, keep in mind that this custom email will only apply to this event so if you registered for a different event while testing then it would not be used.
If you copy the contents of the template into the custom email area in the event editor, does it then work?
