What does this mean for me?

“There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.24.2.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

This did not solve my problem. I Have five licenses and the one in question is registered for this site. I have no old versions lying around. Can you please check if the license number is valid?

I Just updated the http://www.cenaps.eu/sv site without no problems. But the http://www.cenaps.eu will not update. I have already requested a reset and paid for it last week. Is it possible for for you to look into this matter?

Yes, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials for that specific site via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
