Hi Costmo, that won’t be necessary as we’ve seen this in the past and it is usually another plugin interfering.
Could you try these steps and if it doesn’t work, then we’ll ask for a temporary login privately.
1) Deactivate and remove Event Espresso
2) Download the latest copy (zip file) from your account page and then upload and activate through WP plugins within your WP dashboard.
3) Deactivate all other plugins and briefly switch to a default WP theme (e.g. twenty twelve or twenty fourteen)
Does the problem still occur?
If not, could you restore your site a few changes at a time and try again?
