Hi how do i fix this please?? |
Hi Tanya, The usual fix is to make sure these pages are published. If they’re set to a Draft status or Privately Published, it will say there’s a page visibility problem. You can fix this by hitting the Edit link for each page, and set the page’s publish status to Published and Public visibility. |

Hi Josh |

Hi Tarn, The code check for this is quite simple in that it confirms there is a status for the post and that that status is “published”. Anything else will cause the Page Visibility Problem message. You advised these are published, but are they password protected or have any other possible status? http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Status “Also it comes up an error if you try to register for an event. The page wont load at all…..” What is the exact error please. |

it just say 404 page not found. I have a developer looking at it at the moment and they cant see the problem either. What are the next steps? This is causing me hours of lost time. I had EE installed against another domain, and then exported the files and when I uploaded the files on another domain they dont work. I have tried to delete content and add it again but no matter what I do I cant get to the registration page to sign into the form. Is it best to delete everything and start again? if so how is that done? I can add the content behind the scenes but rego still doens come up. One time I saw all of the states I had put in be repeated in error over and over could this be causing an issue? Your help much appreciated. |
Hi Tarn,
How exactly was this done? An incorrectly migrated site could cause the issues mentioned. |

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated. |
Hi, I sent a reply to your email privately. I’ll also share the solution here: Your Event Espresso pages were in the trash. I restored them, published them, and refreshed the permalinks via WP-admin –> Settings –> Permalinks. — |
