So it looks like you don’t have any card types enabled for the payment method, so nothing is showing up on that field, meaning the user can’t select anything and as it’s a required field it prevents the payment.
Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> PayPal Pro
Under ‘Card Types Supported’ select at least 1 card type and save the settings.
Now retest a registration and confirm if you can select the card type in the dropdown.
(If a card type is already selected, add another and save, the retest, you can remove that additional type again if it works after that).
