Ah ok, if you emailed Lorenzo directly I don’t have access to that email. You can send the email to support[at]eventespresso.com and I will be able to view that. It sounds like there is an issue with whichever payment method you are using for credit cards, but I should know more once I’ve seen the error. Is there a test event I can run a registration on? |

Thank you for the screenshot. So it looks like you don’t have any card types enabled for the payment method, so nothing is showing up on that field, meaning the user can’t select anything and as it’s a required field it prevents the payment. Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> PayPal Pro Under ‘Card Types Supported’ select at least 1 card type and save the settings. Now retest a registration and confirm if you can select the card type in the dropdown. (If a card type is already selected, add another and save, the retest, you can remove that additional type again if it works after that). |
