Hi, does this event have a large number of tickets associated with it?

No it just started happening today. And it happens with each new event we tried to create.

Hi, could you update to the latest release:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/

Also, are you noticing a slowdown in the event editor prior to saving an event?

No it just started happening today. And it happens with each new event we tried to create.

Or have there been any recent changes to the site such as new plugin installs?

Hi, could you login to your WordPress site with an SFTP or FTP client such as FileZilla, Cyberduck, Transmit, etc?

Then browse to this location:

/wp-content/plugins

Locate the Event Espresso folder and rename it by adding an extra character to the end such as a letter or a number. Here is an example:

event-espresso-core-reg1

That should deactivate it which should restore your WP dashboard.

Then go to your WP dashboard and you’ll see a notice about the plugin being deactivated. From here, go to Plugins. Then locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and remove it (delete it).

Download the latest version from your Event Espresso account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/dkj853/#ee4-downloads

Then re-install and activate through WP plugins.

Let us know if that clears up the issue.
