Hello, on my site the coupon code is not updating the price.
I have made sure:
– “show discount in shopping cart” is “yes”.
– The files in custom templates are using the current ones from the current EE version including multi_registration_page.php, multi_registration_page_display.php, and shopping_cart.php. Actually I removed shopping_cart from the custom folder so that it is using the core file from the version.
I am running EE3 3.1.36.1.P
Thoughts?

Have you checked to see if the event in the cart allows the discount code, or is it a global code? If it’s a global code, the 3.1.36.4 update in January 2014 had a fix for a bug that sounds like the one you are reporting here. So I’d advise updating to the current version.

Yeah we tested all of that too. We will update EE and see if that takes care of it.
I imagine my custom changes in the custom templates files will need to be re-applied to the new version templates correct?

You may need to do that. I can recommend doing a diff on the files to know for sure.
